Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms apply when you use VeloVoice ("we", "us"), including our website and our AI voice agent service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
VeloVoice provides an AI voice agent that calls your new business leads within seconds, asks questions to qualify them, and books appointments. The exact features, setup and scope for your business are described in the offer we agree with you.
2. Acceptable use
When you use the service, you agree to:
- Only submit phone numbers that you own or are authorised to use, or numbers of leads who have asked to be contacted by your business.
- Not use the service to harass, threaten, deceive or spam anyone.
- Comply with all laws that apply to you, including telemarketing, do-not-call, consent and anti-spam laws.
- Not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service.
We may pause or end access to the service if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms.
3. AI and call recording
Calls are handled by an AI agent, and the AI tells callers that it is an AI. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so that we can provide the service, show you the results and improve quality. You are responsible for making sure your use of call recording meets any notice or consent rules that apply to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this information.
4. Pilots and fees
Any pilot, trial period, fees, billing schedule and cancellation terms are as agreed in the offer we make to you. If something in that offer conflicts with these terms, the offer applies for that point.
5. Your lead data
You own the lead data you provide to us and the lead data the service creates for you, such as call outcomes and booked appointments. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to return or delete it at any time.
6. No guarantees
We work hard to make the service reliable and useful, but we cannot guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, sales or other results. The service depends on third-party providers (such as telephony and AI providers) and may sometimes be unavailable or make mistakes. The service is provided "as is".
7. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
